Description: Lineage.
It's been a common theme at this draft with the Suter,
Nilsson, Tambellini and Eaves family all represented. The
Flames took to the same theme again when they drafted Todd
Harvey's younger, bigger brother, Kevin. Harvey has size,
but needs to fill out. Loves to drop the mitts.
Upside: He's
a ninth round pick, so upside is limited, but if he follows
his brother's work ethic he could become a large sized
fourth line player that nobody enjoys to play against.
Downside: There
is no direction but up for a guy drafted 270th overall.

Appraisal:
Once again a thumbs
up in that expectations for ninth round picks are
not very high. At least in this pick they acquired a
story (Todd Harvey's brother) and another winger
with great size.
