Background
greyshep’s “real” hockey career began when he got to University. Unable to play organized hockey as a youngster due to parents fearful of injury, he has managed to get involved in as much hockey as possible since. 12:45am is a good ice time on a work night isn’t it?
Strengths
Size helps in the inevitable collisions caused by looking down at the puck far too often. Has a good hard slapshot, which if on goal can elude a sheepish goaltender. Looking to improve on the 2 goal performance at last years heckle.
Weaknesses
Lack of formal coaching has resulted in a player who can “sometimes” be out of position. Has “rover” ever been a position in hockey? (Sorry ... editor had to jump in here ... Greyshep's other weakness is his inabilty to come off the ice within three minutes of his linemates. With 12 forwards on the squad this year I plan to bring a very, very long rope!)
Potential
Limited only by time. Too bad I started 18-20 years late. You do the math.
